Team templates and SharePoint templates are now shared for specific use cases.
Give Take Control
Azure Window Desktop:
GA: March 2022
GA: April 2022
GA: March 2021
User on <xyz> will be able to give and take control during calls and meetings. Give control: If you want another meeting participant to change a file, help you present, or demonstrate something, you can give control to that person. You will both be in control of the sharing, and you can take back control anytime. Take control: To take control while another person is sharing, select Request control. The person sharing can then approve or deny your request. While you have control, you can make selections, edits, and other modifications to the shared screen. When you’re done, select Release control to stop sharing control.
Pinned Apps for Frontline Workers
GA: February 2022
We are providing a tailored experience for frontline workers in Teams! With this feature users with an F license will get frontline worker apps such as Tasks, Shifts, Walkie Talkie and Approvals pinned out of the box. Organizations can further configure the apps pinned, but this feature provides a foundation for a Teams environment purpose-built for frontline workers.
Extend Room reservations / Check of for Microsoft Teams panels
GA: May 2022
From a Microsoft Teams panel, users can extend their existing meeting room reservation. The reservation can only be extended if the room is available during that time.
GA: May 2022
From a Microsoft Teams panel, users can “check out” of a room with the touch of a button, ending the room reservation and returning the room back to the room inventory.
